Trainee Engineer Officer.
Remuneration During the period of on board of training the candidate will be paid:- Stipend for the period of leave, if any) – Rs.10,000/- p.m. or pro-rata (No stipend is payable Victualling Allowance board Dredgers/Crafts – Rs.385/- per day for the actual period of training on Uniform Making Expenses – Rs.2,000/- (L.S) (One time payment) Uniform Washing Allowance – Rs.40/- per month Age A candidate applying for induction as Trainee Engineer Officer, should not be less than 20 years and not more than 27 years, as on date of advertisement. In the case of SC/ST candidates, upper age limit is 32 years.
Eligibility Criteria :
A candidate should be in possession of: :
01. MEO Cl-IV (Part-A)
02. All Certificates as per STCW-1995 convention; and
03. Valid Indian CDC and Passport

Officer-On-Special Duty (On contract basis) at Kolkata Project of the Corporation.
Qualification: Should possess Marine Engineer Officer Class-I Certificate of Competency.
Experience: Should have rich experience as Chief Engineer or Retired Surveyor from MMD/ IRS.
Terms of employment: On contract basis initially for a period of six months extendable for another one year basing on the performance.
Salary: Rs.67,000/- per month (Consolidated).
