The Prospectus and Application Form are available at the Academy’s counter at Delhi, Jaipur & Chennai and select outlets against a payment of Rs.1000/- by cash or crossed demand draft.
Your completed application form must be accompanied by a crossed Demand Draft for Rs.1000/-.
Outstation candidates can obtain the Prospectus and Application Form by sending a crossed Demand Draft for Rs. 1150/-. The Academy will send the forms on receipt of such request (accompanied by the Demand Draft) by registered post.
